Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Custom and framed pieces take up to 7 business days because each one is assembled to order.
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days; express takes 3–5. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship at no cost.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark an order as a gift.
If tracking has not moved for 10 days, contact us with the order number and we will open a carrier trace and reship or refund.
